The initial session includes a comprehensive intake about your wellness goals, physical and emotional symptoms, constitution, and health history.

Each session is customized to you and may include guidance and recommendations based in Chinese Medicine, foods to eat and foods to avoid based on your body and symptoms, suggestions for herbs and supplements, instruction for meditations and energy practices, and more. 

A series of 6-12 sessions is recommended for sustainable and transformational healing.
