Returns and Refunds
All product sales are final.
Due to the nature of our offerings, including handcrafted herbal products made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Variations in color, scent, or texture may occur depending on seasonal availability of herbs and natural ingredients. These variations are a natural part of the product and do not indicate a defect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at ivy@luminaewellness.com within 5 days of delivery, and we will do our best to support you.
US shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days via USPS. Processing times may vary, as we are a small team and products are prepared with care.
Once an order has been shipped, Luminae Wellness is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. We recommend confirming your shipping address at checkout and contacting USPS directly for tracking updates or delivery concerns.
International shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Gift Cards and Services
Gift cards purchased through Luminae Wellness are non-refundable, except as required by California law. Gift cards may be used toward services as indicated at the time of purchase and do not expire.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law. Under California law, small remaining balances may be redeemed for cash upon request.
Appointments and services booked using gift cards are subject to our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies, which are provided at the time of booking.
